Location: New York
The Child Protection in Crisis (CPC) Network, with support from UNICEF and WVI, will be running a Child Protection Rapid Assessment (CP RA) Training of Trainers this April with an aim to increase the pool of trained individuals who are available to lead child protection rapid assessments in emergencies, strengthening the existing evidence base in these contexts.
The overall objective of the training is to provide participants with an in-depth introduction to the components of CP RA toolkit and guidance on the steps required to roll out the CP RA process. The training will include a focus on the CP RA methodology, the data collection tools and how to adapt these to the context, managing assessment data and a review of the lessons that have been learned from past child protection rapid assessments.
The training will be held in New York, USA from Wednesday April 29 to Saturday May 2, 2015.
Please note that sponsorship will only be available for a small number of participants. For more information about the training, please contact Maya Soma at email@example.com or Hanna-Tina Fischer at firstname.lastname@example.org.
